I Hate Top Ten Lists - Here is my Non Top Ten List for 2023

As a leader, you can be overwhelmed by things to do and recommendations by gurus and yes consultants.  I sometimes hate it.  In order to be successful this year, I decided to make a list of the things I will not do this year.

 

Will you join me in not doing these things in 2023? Nope.  I did not count how many are on the list.  Feel free to count the items for yourself.  Don't tell me. I don't want the pressure of another list.
